What is the Shipping Philosophy of Dreamkarts?

We promise our patrons one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle-free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.

What is the delivery time period?

Orders within India are delivered within 5 – 10 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.

Do you apply any shipping charges?

Within India, Dreamkarts.com provides Free Shipping for Prepaid orders. There will be a shipping charge of Rs.79 on all Cash on Delivery orders.

RETURN POLICY

  1. Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self ship the product(s).
  2. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at customercare@dreamkarts.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or as Dreamkarts Store Credits as per your convenience.

  5. Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable .
  6. To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on customercare@dreamkarts.com with your Order ID mentioned.
  7. Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the store credit/discount coupon we give you in Dreamkarts account to place the order for the new product.

REFUND POLICY

What are the terms and conditions for a refund?

  1. You can ask for a refund/free replacement against any of your order within 14 days of its date of delivery,
  2. All refunds will be credited either into your bank account or as Dreamkarts Store Credits as per your convenience.
  3. If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access your account.

How long does the refund procedure take?

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 7-10 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

Refund will reflect as per the below-mentioned timelines:

  • Wallet refund will get credited within few minutes.
  • NEFT refund will take 5 to 7 working days.
  • Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Where should I return my product?

You are requested to courier the product to us at the address mentioned below and we will reimburse courier charges incase of manufacturing defects only. (You will be credited Rs.100/-. If courier costs more than Rs.100, please retain your invoice and we will reimburse you accordingly)

I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

  1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
  2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.
